What kind of food are we eating in TYSM? 


I give you guidelines and recipes which are all delicious and nutritious. Don't worry you will not be deprived of taste. We are not just eating salad leaves!! My members love sharing their meals in the group and trying lots of new flavours and ingredients. You have a choice to follow my Low Carb based recipes or use your own. 

How much time do we have with you Jo? 


I am present in the group everyday, supporting, answering questions and advising. I also educate the group about nutrition in the weekly live coaching/ hypnotherapy sessions. I share so much of my knowledge and passion with you.  

Is the membership just for women? 


No, men are welcome too but the vast majority of members are women. Of course whatever you learn will have an impact on your loved ones. 

How long is TYSM?
